Results, Passion, Integrity.Too many agents make unrealistic promises which often lead to disappointment, delay and financial loss, so your choice of agent is critical. During our initial marketing proposal meeting with you, you’ll see why so many local homeowners trust Aston Mead to handle the sale of their biggest asset.
On leaving school, Kevin started a 28 year career with Gascoigne-Pees working in a variety of offices from Sloane Square to Woking where he gained a wealth of experience even through the various property crashes!
The last 10 years have been spent working for a blue chip company as a Regional Director in the Surrey& West Sussex areas but growing tired of the daily commute he joined Aston Mead in the position of Sales & Lettings Director, bringing with him an expansive knowledge of the property market.
Kevin is a local Chobham resident and is married to Jo with 2 grown up children. His passion is “speed” and he enjoys nothing better than a quick blast on his Harley Davidson or his sports car which he says he is “too old for, but still young at heart!” He cites his weakness as …. he works too hard!
For example, we won’t resort to the oldest trick in the book of simply flattering you with an inflated asking price in order to win your business. What we will do is share our intensive understanding of this market and how to handle it with you, presenting well-researched evidence that supports our advice – reinforced of course with a genuine enthusiasm and a can-do approach!
You’ll also find that as we seek to understand our buyers far more deeply than the average estate agent, we are able to draw from a wider field. It may be that your house is well-suited to someone who might otherwise not have seen it without our encouragement!
Why not put us to the test? Indeed, we are so confident that we’ll not only deliver the results you seek, but that you’ll enjoy our service along the way, that, unlike most estate agents, we won’t ask you to sign a long-term sole agency agreement!
